5. Class Participation & Conduct

By enrolling in an OwlMinds program, you agree to participate in both one-on-one and group classes (1:many format) as applicable to your course structure. Group sessions are designed for collaborative learning and interaction with peers (national and international).

Recording Prohibited: Recording, sharing, or distributing any part of a live class—whether in a group or one-on-one format—is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, audio, video, screenshots, and transcripts. Any such action constitutes a breach of student privacy, especially that of minors, and OwlMinds reserves the right to pursue legal or disciplinary action in accordance with applicable child protection and data privacy laws.

6. Service Access

• a. Availability: OwlMinds aims to keep the site accessible 24/7. However, access may be temporarily suspended without notice due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
• b. No Liability for Downtime: We are not liable for any unavailability of the site or services at any time.
• c. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet your expectations. Results and service quality may vary.
• d. Use at Your Own Risk: Accessing our services or content is at your sole discretion and risk.

7. User-Generated Content and Conduct

10. Payments and Subscriptions

11. Payment and Refund

• a. Paid Services: OwlMinds offers paid programs, and all payments must be made according to the selected plan via the available payment methods on our platform.
• b. Payment Options: We support multiple payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, EMI, and Online Bank Transfers. Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt will be generated—please retain it for your records. If the payment fails or no confirmation is received, please check with your bank before attempting another transaction. Your account will be updated in accordance with your bank's processing timelines.
• c. Third-Party Gateways: Payments are processed through third-party gateways and are subject to their terms and conditions. By using these services, you agree to be bound by those terms.
• d. Liability: OwlMinds is not responsible for unauthorized transactions, payment failures, or disputes with issuing banks or payment providers.
